To enjoy Wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay you need to connect your phone by Bluetooth to the Dongle. The dongle needs to be plugged in and on.

To enjoy Netflix or YouTube, you need to connect the Dongle to a WiFI connection or Hotspot connection.

Compatibility Warning for Type C OEM USB Hubs:

If the Sync 2 to Sync 3 Kit or your current Sync 3 has the new Type C USB Hub (OEM) there is a chance that the Dongle can freeze randomly. To resolve we will be providing the Fast Charging Dual Standard USB Hub with orders bundled with this Dongle. Please advise we are working to resolve the issue but at this current time, this is the best we can do.
