Good evening! Kits are slightly delayed for 2-4 days due to High Demand.
Sync 4 HD Screen Orders of December we are shipping out tomorrow or Saturday this week! Thank you for your patience, the Sync 4 HD Screens from Ford was a battle to get due to the Holiday Season.
USPS always extended the estimated wait time to cover themselves if delays occur but we have been using USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate for years so we seen a normal delivery time of 1-3 days. USPS Ground Advantage is usually 2-6 days so I believe when they are first accepted in they go off those times but the moment it starts its journey which would be later that day or following day, it will accelerate to a newer time once first scanned.
Orders that have a Delay:
Sync 4 HD Screen Orders
13-14 Sync 1 4.2" to Sync 3 8" Orders
Sync 4 HD Screens are in route to us from Ford and once arrived will ship off imminently same day with USPS Priority Mail. For the Sync 1 4.2" to Sync 3 8" Kits for 13-14 F-150s only, they will be delayed since the panels we ship off with them are custom painted and that delays it a few days.
Thank you for your time and patience and keep active with the tracking number and you will see a difference most likely within this weekend if they scan, if the system doesn't scan during the weekend, Monday you will see the update.
Once orders are dropped off, they are unable to be redirected or changed to a different shipment method. We recommend to watch the tracking and look out for that USPS Delivery Vehicle.
